1planhost incompetence down to drug use???

The incredible incompetence shown by 1planhost might possibly explain why they simpy lie and never refund when asked although personally, I think its a deliberate 1planhost scam. On another forum, someone suggested that being a bunch of texan cattle-fuckers, 1planhost employees might actually be high on drugs all the time. I find this unlikely, although it would explain the ludicrous lack of communication between 1planhost scam billing and 1planhost scam 'support' leading to useless emails like the gem from ex-working girl 'Veronica' shown below.

I use 'support' in the widest possible sense of course. 1planhost - bunch of lying thieves who will take your money and leave you high and dry

apparently the 'support' staff at 1planhost (worlds WORST host!) have now taken to 'raiding' your sites!!!

What this means is that they dig into your private folders looking for anything interesting. If you have any 'secret' stuff on your site (calculations, expensive scripts custom made for you, member databases etc email lists...) 1planhost theives will steal them and sell them to other web sites!!!

Incredible that this can happen, but there you go. 1planhost = cunts.

More 1planhost lies

Every now and then, those lying scumbags 1planhost pick a random support ticket from the gigantic queue of unanswered questions from their desperate and unhappy customer base, and send a reply of some sort. Usually it's just typical 1planhost bullshit, often autogenerated by what seems to be a random word organizer. Sometimes, for fun, an unpleasant 1planhost employee (to me they all seem to be either ex junkie / mental patients, convicted felons etc judging by the standard of their written english and technical knowledge) replies personally.

Here's one from 'Tammy', who I can only assume turns tricks in an alley somewhere in Dallas to supplement her useless 1planhost income from scamming customers. I got this after asking yet again (the 21st time!!!) why 1planhost bullshitters STILL hadn't refunded me, MONTHS after I started trying to get a refund

BTW, 1planhost, theiving bastards that they are, have their own code on these so called 'support' emails. The phrase 'on hold' means it's been binned, don't expect 1planhost to reply again. They REALLY can't be bothered.

Sigh. To add insult to injury, not only are those crooks 1planhost stealing my money by refusing me a refund, 1planhost are SO incompetent thatthey don't even know who their customers are!
