1planhost so stupid, they don't even know when you have QUIT as a customer!
Sigh. To add insult to injury, not only are those crooks 1planhost stealing my money by refusing me a refund, 1planhost are SO incompetent thatthey don't even know who their customers are! Having cancelled my hosting using their own froms, and had confirmation from 1planhost staff in writing that they would 'process the refund within a week', (LIES as it turns out - 1planhost will NOT refund your money!!!), they then started trying to bill ME for 'hosting' (I use the term hosting in the widest possible sense, because 1planhost are so shit you might as well just 'pretend' you have a website - you'll have more 'uptime'!!!) as teh following sad email shows.
