1planhost support sucks too!
Most hosting companies have at least ONE feature that compensates for their other shortcomings. Not 1planhost (scamming fuckers that they are!). Even their support is useless. Support is pretty much the easiest thing to get right. Install a ticket system, steal an FAQ list from your competitors, done.
So why is 1planhost support so crap? So unbelievably crap in fact?
First, they obviously operate a policy of 'the more sites you host wi 1planhost, the less attention they pay to you'.
You'd assume the opposite, wouldn't you? Each site costs $99 a year, so 10 sites makes you a very valuable customer
in most hosts. But NOT with 1planhost idiots, here's why. They know that the more sites you have with them, the harder it will be to move them all somewhere else, ergo, the worse 1planhost can treat you.
If you host more than 3 sites with them, 1planhost start treating you like a moron. If you host 5 sites, 1planhost will treat you like a complete and utter cunt. If you host 8 or more, well don't expect ANY support from 1planhost except automated canned responses like the one below.
1planhost also don't hlp their case by only hiring cheap texan bimbos for support. Their technical knowledge is limited to 'have you tried restarting windows' or 'have a great day'.
Said it before, say it again 1planhost suck donkeys. you have been warned! PS - they are also liars - they don't honor their refund promise! EVER!
