1planhost support system a dismal failure
Here's one thing those useless clowns at 1planhost are REALLY good at - automated canned responses. When you submit a ticket, you'll get one of these suckers back within the hour.
Don't be fooled tho. It doesn't mean that anyone at 1planhost has your best interests at heart, rather the reverse. Once 1planhost have your money, they don't give a SHIT about you.
I've actually had to submit tickets to find out what the hell 1planhost did to previous tickets
Yes, that's right folks. If 1planhost dont like your question (such as 'my website is down can you please retart it - something that generally happens at least once a day) then 1planhost just ignore the ticket. Putting it on 'closed' staus is a fave.
BTW, when your 1planhost site becomes unavailable, you MUST ask for them to restart it because those useless bastards 1planhost won't restart it unless you point out it's down. 1Planhost wil then LIE TO YOU and say 'it isnt down' when you can PROVE otherwise. 1Planhost - lying scammers who DO NOT LIIVE UP TO THEIR REFUND PROMISE.
