1planhost refund policy a LIE

1planhost promise to 'refund without question'. They claim they will 'pro rata refund your hosting fees without quibble'.

what a crock of shit.

I've been waiting 3 months for these lying scumbags 1planhost to refund me. It doesn't matter how often you chase them up, all you EVER get is a canned response. Here's an example. You'll notice I have started copying the mails to myself in case I was dong anything wrong. Of course not - 1planhost are liars, and DO NOT REFUND DESPITE THEIR LEGAL OBLIGATION TO DO SO.
